A brighter tomorrow:

A brighter tomorrow:

Do you believe you can help make a better tomorrow? Do you believe that is will be easy? I don’t. I think that things worth doing will not always be easy, but they will be worthwhile. This blog has not been easy, but it has taught me how much work there is to be done.

Try being positive a positive person when things are in chaos. Every day brings good news and bad. Try being the person who encourages without any financial gain. Lots of people are promising to change your life if you will invest in their system. Lots of systems will tell you to invest in yourself by buying their products. I am asking you to challenge your thinking and your actions without spending any money.

This blog is a labor of love. I need the time, the inspiration and the energy to continue to update this blog. I have made many mistakes in my life. I am trying to learn from them and help others avoid the mistakes I have made while trying to stay as positive as possible. What has ever been gained by being negative? What has ever been gained by everyone working against each other and keeping to themselves? What has ever been gained by giving up? So I tell people to find the positive and work together and not give up. So I have to fight for the time to not give up.

I have made a promise to my wife and my mother that I would keep trying to find the answer. I believe in a simple answer that we have all heard before but we have been conditioned not to believe. We need to work together to make things better. If we want the world to be a better place, we cannot be selfish. If we want to make things better we have to put the needs of others before ourselves. So I blog and I volunteer and I try to stay positive and I ask others to do the same. Find the time and then energy to seize the opportunities when they arise.

I am far from perfect. I have a lot more to learn. But I have learned enough to know we must continue to try. So I will keep trying. I will continue to believe that we can make the world a better place. It starts by thinking positive thoughts and speaking positive words and creating positive actions and moments and standing up for what is right. This is why I blog. I have made plenty of mistakes; maybe from here on out, I can make a difference.

Ideas and Implementation:

Ideas and Implementation:

Welcome to Sixty Seconds of Motivational Mojo. Maybe it is just the way I see the world. Maybe I look at complicated things and see simple things. Maybe I just can’t help myself. But I see what could be and what should be and wonder why we do not do the things we know we should. Anyway basically the world is full of people who have ideas. The world is also full of people who make ideas reality. The world boils down to ideas and implementation.

Having an idea is great. Lots of us have them. We dream up things all day long. But most of us do not get paid for our ideas. We get paid for implementing other people’s ideas. Some us are very good at implementing others ideas, some of us are good at implementing our own ideas; but without implementation ideas never become reality.

You see an idea with no action behind it to make it a reality is only an idea. It will not make you rich, maybe it is a dream, but your idea will only take you as far as the implementation of that idea. The same goes for implementation. You can be very good at developing things. But if the things you are developing are bad ideas, then all the implementation in the world will lead to nowhere. You see both ideas and implementation can be either good or bad. Ideas and Implementation can basically be ranked from 0 to 10. Then you take the two of them and multiply them together and you get a scale of 0 to 100. Now you can see a Great Idea, an Idea that ranks as a 9 or 10 that has 0 Implementation really sums up to 0. Nine times Zero is Zero. The same goes for a Great Implementation of a Bad Idea. You can spend lots of time and energy on a bad idea; A Zero Idea in the hands of the Best Implementers’ that operate at the Nine or Ten Level still sum up to Zero. Zero times Nine is also Zero.

You see Ideas no matter how good are nothing without implementation; and implementation no matter how good is nothing without a good idea. An average idea say a 5 level idea, and average implementation say of 5 leads to below average results; 5 times 5 equals 25 out of 100. Even above average ideas coupled with above average implementation let’s say 7 times 7 sums up to 49; 49 out of 100. You see to really beat the curve you must do an above average job implementing above average ideas. Eight Times Eight equals Sixty Four. Nine Times Nine equals Eighty One.

This blog is an idea. How often and how well I update this blog is implementation. If I am not posting on a regular basis, if I am not posting ideas that people are looking for and if I am not providing quality content then this blog will go nowhere, no matter if I think it is a good idea. A great idea is not enough. Great implementation is not enough. You need both.

A great idea, a perfect idea of a 10 with only so-so or average implementation of a 5 will only yield average results. 10 times 5 equals 50 out of 100. Also Great Implementation of an Average Idea sill leads to average results. 5 times 10 equals 50 out of 100. It is very difficult to have great ideas and be able to implement them all on your own. I blog on Word press and also have updates on LinkedIn and Facebook. Even with thousands of connections most of my views come from search engines. I could not reach 10 or 100 or 1000 people without Social Media. Great Implementation of Great Ideas takes a Team of people doing their best. So I continue to try to get better at generating ideas and implementing them, but I am only as good as the collective efforts of the Social Media Teams. Facebook, Linkedin, Google and WordPress were not the first of their kind. They just improved on good ideas and implemented them better than the previous versions. Great Ideas and Great Implementation require Great Teams working together to make things better than they had been before. Learn to implement your ideas. Learn to do something a little better and a little faster than the next person. Make the world a little better than it was before.
